Block Paving
Available in a wide range of colours and laying patterns. Individual blocks can be lifted and relaid if a service needs digging up, which is why it stays the most practical driveway surface going.
02.
Tarmacadam
The quickest and most economical way to surface a drive, path or car park. Laid hot over a compacted base, edged properly, and ready to drive on within a day.
03.
Patio Slabs
Porcelain, natural sandstone or concrete, laid on a full mortar bed with correct falls so water runs away from the house rather than sitting in the middle.
04.
Gravel driveways
Cheap to lay, easy to top up, and excellent for drainage. Laid over a membrane with proper edging so it stays where you put it rather than migrating onto the pavement.
05.
Garden Restoration
For gardens that have got away from you. We clear it back, work out what is worth keeping, sort the drainage and rebuild it into something usable.
06.
Landscaping
Full garden redesigns. Levels, drainage, structures, surfaces and planting worked out as a single scheme rather than a series of separate jobs bolted together.
07.
Fencing
Closeboard, panel, post and rail or trellis. Posts concreted at proper depth with gravel boards where the ground is wet, so the whole run survives the first real gale.

Turfing
Ground stripped, levelled, prepared and fed before a single roll goes down. Preparation is the whole job with turf. It is the difference between a lawn that knits in and one that patches.
09.
Brickwork
Garden walls, raised beds, steps and pillars. Proper foundations, neat joints, and brick matched as closely as we can get to what is already on the house.
10.
Gravel Patios
A softer, more informal finish for seating areas and paths. Works well around planting and costs a good deal less than a slabbed patio of the same size.
11.
Pressure Cleaning
Patios, driveways, paths and walls brought back to their original colour. Cleaned at the right pressure for the surface, then re-sanded and sealed where it needs it.
12.
Resin Bound
Smooth, permeable and slip resistant. Water drains straight through, so no standing puddles and no issues with surface water regulations on a front garden.
Hard Landscaping
The structural work everything else sits on
Bases, drainage, levels and edging. It is the part nobody sees and the only part that determines whether a patio is still level in five years. We put the time into it before anything decorative goes down, because going back to fix it afterwards means taking up everything on top.

Most of our work is domestic, on gardens and driveways around Woodford Green and the surrounding towns. We also take on commercial contracts: car parks, communal grounds, forecourts and site clearance, usually for property managers and small developers who need the work done between tenancies.
Whichever it is, you get the same thing. A written quote, an agreed start date, and a site left swept.

Our Working Process
Consultation
We visit, measure up, and talk through what you are after. If what you want and what the budget allows are not the same thing, we will say so then rather than three weeks in.
Proposal
Costs broken down by element, with a realistic timescale. Nothing starts until you have read it and said yes.
Installation
Agreed start date, same team throughout, and you will know in advance which days are the noisy or messy ones. If something unexpected turns up when we open the ground, you hear about it before we carry on.
Inspection
We go round the finished job together before we leave. Anything you are not happy with gets sorted then, not after a fortnight of chasing. Waste taken away and everything swept.
